Sending your clients' hearing aids to us is simple

We always advise that you package the hearing aids in a strong box or container to avoid postal damage.

We recommend posting your client's hearing aid(s) to us using a Royal Mail Tracked Service

All hearing aids are returned to the Dispenser via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is included in the cost of the repair. Direct return to the patient by Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for an additional charge.
